It won’t be so surprising to find out that so many people do not include Fruits into their diet plan. In fact, many people who do not even have a diet plan in the first place. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that one of the reasons why most people are not deliberate about eating fruits is because they are unaware or uneducated about the benefits of eating fruits.

Hi there and welcome to my blog today. My name is Great Morgan and once again I am glad to have you here reading this. I have made a decision to dedicate my Tuesdays to making Health related posts. I have discovered that health and wealth must be coordinated properly if a man must live long and happily. Today we would be looking at some benefits of eating fruits in case you haven’t been conscious and deliberate about it. Do enjoy and learn from this post.

FRUITS AND ITS HEALTH BENEFITS

Fruits as we know, have variety of health benefits in our body that helps prevent a whole lot of health related complications and diseases. Health complications such as Heat stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes and so on, can be prevented or controlled through intake of fruits. It has been suggested that it is very much okay to eat fresh, raw and ripe fruits in order to experience tons of health benefits.

It has been advised to eat fruits in the whole form, even its skin – especially when the fruits skin is edible. Eating fruits has a whole ensures that you gain the entire benefits of the high fibrous content present in the fruits. It assists and aids easy digestion and prevents the issue of constipation. Below are 3 known reasons why you should consider adding fruits to your daily food intake;

1. FRUITS ARE ENERGY BOOSTERS

One of the major benefits of eating fruits is that they act as energy boosters. When a fruit is eaten, the supply of energy in the human body increases within a short period of time – this is a prime benefit of adding fruits to our daily diet, so it can assist during our busy day.

Athletes are well known for eating a lot of fruits during or after their exercise routines. Even the pregnant women’s diet always tends to involve the intake of varieties fruits and vegetables.

Have you considered how much energy you burn out daily? Then this is one reason why you should consider adding fruits to your 2018 food timetable.

Of course, you should know by now that diabetes and high blood sugar aren’t things that are supposed to be joke with. We live in a time where many people do not even pay attention to their health by going for regular checkups. It is fair enough that the intake of fruit can assist in controlling diabetes.

While fruits can be healthy for everyone, diabetic patients are advised to avoid the intake of fruits with high carbohydrate content. Carbs are one of the major causes of diabetes, so it is not recommended for diabetics to consume fruits with its content. Fruits like orange, peach, banana, apple, avocado, cherry...Etc have a low glycemic index (GI) of less than 55. This means that such fruits can help in controlling the blood sugar levels of the body.

Processed and canned fruits are not all that healthy for the body since they contain artificial sweeteners. In 2018, you can decide to stay on the healthy side and substitute artificial fruits for fresh fruits.

3. FRUITS AID PROPER DIGESTION

Some fruit skins are rich in dietary fiber- which is a contributing factor in the proper digestion and excretion process of the body. Fibrous fruits aid the digestion process in our bodies while keeping us entirely safe from issues like constipation and gastritis.

The fiber content is fruits do not just have the excellent laxative effect but also helps to make us feel full and satisfied by adding the essential bulk nutrient to the diet. Fruits have anti-carcinogenic properties that are known to fight bowel irregularity disorders and prevent colon cancer.

Aren’t you tired of always spending your money on laxatives or medicines needed to solve indigestion or bowel irregularity problems? The add fruits to your 2018 diet plan and enjoy smooth digestion.
