Hello Esteem women of this community, Happy New week and welcome to my Blog. Today on this post i will be sharing with you My Native palm-oil jollof Spaghetti Recipe which i prepared over the weekend, its Delicious with that bottom pot taste, soo easy and its ingredients are readily Available at any time. I hope you find this Helpful 😁

Ingredients

1. Long thinny pasta(Spaghettiny)
2. Pepper Mix( scotchbonnet, tomatoes and onions)
3. Locust Beans
4. Smoked fish
5. Snails
6. Black pepper
7. Spices
8. Salt and seasoning cubes

Process

-> In boiling water, pour in pasta and add salt. Allow to cook until tender. Pour in a strainer and set aside.

-> place a pot over heat, pour in little amount of palm oil, allow to heat but not bleach then stir in your locust beans, add your smoked fish, your snails allow to fry for few seconds before pouring your pepper mix.

->To the frying pepper, add salt, black pepper and seasoning cubes then continue to fry and stir on low heat to prevent burning

->once the pepper is well fried, add your strained pasta and mix thoroughly to ensure the pepper is evenly distributed all around your added pasta.

-> add little water, cover and allow to steam for few minutes

->Turn off heat, give it a little stir then allow to sit for few seconds.

->Voila! Our native jollof Spaghetti is ready...Garnish with plantain and serve with any Protein of your choice.
