Taking responsability for your own feelings

When we have feelings we don't like, our first impulse is usually to look for someone, or something to blame.

This is a quick fix, and on that moment, it makes us feel better. By blaming someone else, you avoid taking responsability for your own inner state. But it will always end up in frustration, and is not a long term solution.

The truth is that YOU are the only person that has the power of changing your inner state, and when you really accept that, then you realize that YOU need to do the work for mastering your own feelings and emotions.

And this is the start of a long journey.
