Introduction

# Morning

I got up this morning by 5:00Am and prepared breakfast for my kids while they prepare by doing their morning chores (dishwashing and mopping) after which they took their bath and came for their breakfast. While they were taking their breakfast I was attending to my infant.
Immediately after breakfast, they left for school by 6:50Am.

Cutting leaves for my koki

After arranging the leaves under the sun, I left to wash the koki beans my kids had already cracked. They used the hand machine to crack it , making it easier for washing off the skin off. Though some people love washing it like that, I prefer mine this way. While washing it, I paid more attention to the skin to come out.

Cracking and washing the koki

After washing the koki beans I set out to blend the beans in my blender but argggggh something unexpected happened. The voltage was too high, and it spoiled my blender 🥺🥺.
Do you know this very blender was very useful to me and I got the money in purchasing this blender from steemit. Yes! That was my very first cash out which I bought alot of kitchen utensils like a pot, two sets of plates, a flask and this very blender. I just hope it can be fixed🤔.

Blending and suddenly a pooop sound spoiled the process due to the fact that I wasn't using a regulator

I then took it to the machine where I paid for it to be ground into this paste. When I got back, I was very tired and hungry too but someone gave me food. My neighbor was pounding Achu to take to a baby shower so she gave me some which I ate and continue.

Afternoon

I used a pistle to constantly shake the paste while adding Luke warm water from time to time until it was fluffy. I then added the pinch of salt to taste and arranged the leaves and things needed for tying.

Mixing and tying into leaves

I then placed the pot unto the fireside and started scooping the paste Into the arranged leaves after which I added palm oil and tie, after carefully tying I placed in the pot on fire.

I continued the process until the paste was finished, I then added fuel woods into the pot and water to before covering.

Tying process and the pot on fire🔥

It stayed on the fire under heavy fire for two hours and it was ready.
I then peeled the plantain and sweet potatoes and boiled.. unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the plantains and sweet potatoes during the peeling process.

Our meal is ready ! Come and join me.😋😋

Our Food is ready 😋

Evening

My kids came back from school and ate after which I left and went to my farm to check how the crops I planted were growing. I was amazed at what I saw because farm pest animals and birds didn't actually disturb this time around.

I left the farm and came back home, took my bath and assisted my kids in their homework. I also taught my 4years old son sound and words building and was amazed as how he grabs the blending so easily.

I was very tired and retired to bed
