Back at you with more Forza 4: Horizon! Today, I'll be playing through more of the campaign and online modes...at my pace. I say my pace because I'll also be doing a little work (as I do). Originally I was thinking about making today a sick day, because...I've been sick, but I guess it's just not in me(pun about being sick).

I've been searching for a racing game to play for quite some time, since I don't have a Nintendo Switch yet, Mario Kart is out of the running, and I see no point in buying the old kart for my Wii U if I'm making the jump to Switch soon...so I've been waiting and scouring the Steam Marketplace for a decent racing game. Almost every online racing community with the exception of the racing simulator that you had to pay to play, just about everyone was either mad at the devs or the game was just too old to get a good online experience...so I've been waiting, and now the day has come!
Earlier tonight I went on MMG's weekly podcast where we talked about things coming out in October, and one thing had slipped by my radar, you guessed, Horizon! It came out today! Holy Ned Scott! Wow, I knew in that moment that I'd have to check my jaxx wallet and see if there was enough money for an Xbox game card...there was. I was in the clear, after the podcast ended I knew what I was destined to do...so, I visited the Microsoft store on my xbox, and wouldn't you know it...for once, sweet christmas, my xbox game pass that I accidentally signed up for when I first bought the thing was finally paying off! Horizon was on the game pass! It's free baby! No spending BTC for me, yes! Especially not in a down market! Let's go!

The Forza series is probably one of the sickest car games out there especially with this last edition and the time and climate change system that they put in place maaan!
