Total people working on 2nd and 3rd floor.
60 + 40 - 10 = 90
Total workers minus total from 2nd and 3rd floor.
200 - 90 = 110
110 is the answer
90

Answer is 110
Because total 40 person working on 2nd floor and 60 person working on 3rd floor.
Ie. Total 100 persons working on both floor but 10 people work on both floors, that 10 persons comes on 40 of 2nd floor and also comes on 60 of 3rd floor.
These 10 persons counted twice. We have to less 10 persons from 100.
100-10 = 90
That mean 90 persons work on 2nd & 3rd floor.
The number of person neither work on 2nd nor on 3rd floor = total number of person working - number of person working on 2nd&3rd floor.
200 - 90 = 110
