Honestly, friends, this is my first time cooking shellfish. So I don't know how it will taste, whether it's good or not. I hope the results are delicious, so that I will be even more enthusiastic about cooking later. To cook clam sauce, I first asked my friend who has experience in cooking clam sauce. Armed with this recipe from my friend, today I am ready to cook clam sauce. The seasoning consists of chilies, shallots, 1 clove of garlic, lettuce, ginger. Then blend until smooth. Then saute the spices until they are absorbed, then add enough water, let it boil.
After that I tried to feel what was missing. It turns out it feels really right. Soon the soup will be cooked, because the shellfish and potatoes will feel soft.
Then I turned off the stove, and I transferred the sauce to a bowl. I will enjoy it together with my husband. This shellfish dish is also a special offering for my husband, because he really likes dishes made from shellfish. Thank you, see you again at the next opportunity.
