Challenged By Trying to Eat Extreme Foods

in Italy11 months ago (edited)

Hello steemians friends. Today I will share pictures of extreme food, namely fried grasshoppers and stir-fried grasshoppers, they are halal. For those who have never tried it, it's probably disgusting to think, but seriously. This tastes similar to ebi shrimp.

Actually, this is fried walang made by my friend here, in Ciamis, Jakarta. He said he was used to eating extreme dishes such as stir-fried and fried grasshoppers. He also explained to me that it tastes good, and that it is also halal. I was challenged to try eating the stir-fried grasshoppers he made. But because I've never eaten such extreme food, I was a little hesitant to try it at first. Moreover, when I saw its strange appearance, it made me nauseous and wanted to vomit.

I still don't want to eat, even though I was given millions of money. So I refused my friend's challenge to eat the fried walang he made. If I look at the fried walang, it is similar to Thai food that I usually see on YouTube channels. He himself admitted that he was inspired to make fried walang while on holiday in Thailand some time ago. Thailand is famous for its extreme food, such as stir-fried scorpions, stir-fried grasshoppers, grilled dragonflies and so on. OK friends, that's all my post for today, see you again.

Thanks You.

I understand you too, I would struggle to try these extreme foods. They certainly taste good, but the outward appearance does not tempt one to try them.
Better perhaps if used as flours so we don't see what they are.😂

Hehehe, yes, I totally agree with what you said. Maybe just make it into flour, so we don't see it again in its original form.
