Yellowstone National Park
In a road trip across USA I stopped at Yellowstone National Park for a few days, and it’s a place that amazes the eye, and makes you wonder ‘how the hell we are still here!’
The geothermal area was the first national park of the USA. The park is known for its many geothermal features, especially Old Faithful Geyser, and its wildlife. Some of which can be rather dangerous.
Not as dangerous as some of the mineral rich colourful lakes, however. The lakes are amazing to see, and boil away all year around. People have been known to fall in and die immediately. What a way to go.
Seeing the park makes you wonder what its exactly like under our very thin crisp that we live on. How can it be that so much activity is going on in just underneath us, but doesn’t just combust and explode. I’m no geologist, by any means, and I can’t explain it, but seeing the park is a true wonder, and I definitely recommend it.

Very good photos

@rabbi18
wonderful images and a neat perspective about the "crisp" we live on, floating on top of all that chaos and fire. I've always wanted to go see these sights in person, but haven't yet had the chance. This was fun.
This looks amazing! Definitely adding to my bucket list...great article too 👍
