नमस्कार दोस्तों ,
आज का दिन बड़ा ही शुभ और मंगलकारी है आज के दिन पवन पुत्र श्री हनुमान जी महाराज का जन्मदिवस रहता है। आज मैं प्रयागराज में हूं जो संगम नगरी के रूप में जानी जाती है आज सुबह उठकर मैं गंगा स्नान के लिए गया और बड़े हनुमान जी के दर्शनों किए। संगम का श्रद्धा भाव और भक्ति का माहौल देखकर शांति अनुभव हुई । और गंगा मैया के जयकारों ने तो मुझे तृप्त कर दिया ।
आज मंगलवार है और मैं इस दिन व्रत रखता हूं संगम से स्नान ध्यान करने के बाद , मैं अपनी निवास पर आ गया और थकान दूर करके मैं अध्ययन करने बैठ गया ।
दोपहर उपरांत लगभग 4:00 मैं फलाहार करूंगा फलाहार हमेशा किसी भी व्रत में शाम 4:00 बजे ही किया जाता है
फलाहार के रूप में मैं दूध केला और आलू का हलवा लूंगा ।आलू का हलवा बनाना बड़ा ही आसान है और ये स्वादिष्ट भी होता है जो मेरी माता जी ने हमें बताया था ।
इसे बनाने के लिए हमको दो आलू, आधा कप चीनी ,50 ग्राम मूंगफली दाना, एक छोटी चम्मच जीरा ,आधा बडी चम्मच घी , और एक हारी मिर्च की आवश्यकता रहेगी। सबसे पहले आलू को अच्छी तरह धोकर कुकर में उबालना है ।जब आलू उबल जाय तो उसे कुकर से निकलकर अलग बर्तन में थोड़ा ठंडा कर लेना, इसे छील कर इसमें चीनी डाल कर हाथ से मिक्स कर लेना है और अब एक कड़ाही में मूंगफली दाना को अच्छी तरह से भून लेना है और दानों को कड़ाही से बाहर अलग बर्तन में रख लेना है अब गरम कड़ाही में ही घी को डालकर उसमें जीरा और मिर्च अच्छी तरह भून लेना है , जब जीरा मिर्च अच्छी तरह भून जाए तो उसमें आलू डाल देना है और चम्मच से अच्छी तरह से मिक्स कर देना है अब इसमें मूंगफली दानों को जिसका छिलका उतार लिया गया है आलू में डाल देना है और इससे अच्छी तरह मिक्स करके हल्की आंच पर 40सेकेंड पकाना है ,,,बस हलवा तैयार ,,,,
फलाहार करने के बाद मैं 5:00 बजे टाइपिंग की क्लास अटेंड करने जाऊंगा। वहां से आकर मैं अपना अध्ययन करूंगा इस समय में प्राचीन इतिहास के विषय गुप्त काल का अध्ययन कर रहा हूं।
गुप्त काल श्री गुप्त के नाम से जाना जाता है इस वंश में बहुत बड़े और वीर शासक हुए हैं जैसे चंद्रगुप्त समुद्रगुप्त जिन्होंने लोगों को विदेशी आक्रांताओं और आंतरिक विद्रोहियों से अभय प्रदान किया
क्योंकि गुप्त काल के उदय के पहले भारतवर्ष में राजनीतिक एकता का अभाव था मौर्य साम्राज्य के पतन के बाद भारत की राजनीतिक स्थिति विखंडित हो गई थी । वैसे कनिष्क के नेतृत्व में कुषाणों के समय में उत्तरी भारत में एकता स्थापित थी लेकिन दक्षिणी भारत टूटा हुआ था, इतिहासकारों ने इस समय की स्थिति को मत्स्यन्याय की स्थिति कहा है, अर्थात जिस प्रकार तालाब में बड़ी मछली छोटी मछली को खा जाती है उसी प्रकार बड़े और शक्तिशाली शासक छोटे और निर्बल शासकों के राज्य को अपने राज्य में समाहित कर लेते थे
श्री गुप्त ,गुप्त वंश का पहला प्रतापी शासक था, दूसरा शासक श्री गुप्त का पुत्र घटोत्कच बना इसका पुत्र चंद्रगुप्त प्रथम था जिसने शकों को मार भगाया था और राज्य की सीमा में विस्तार किया इसकी राज्य की सीमाओं के विस्तार के संदर्भ में पुराणों में एक श्लोक मिलता है,
अनुगंगा प्रयागम च साकेत मगधानस्त्था।
एतान जनपदान सर्वान भोक्षांते गुप्त वंशजाः।।
चंद्रगुप्त प्रथम के बाद उसका पुत्र समुद्रगुप्त साम्राज्य के सिंहासन पर आसीन हुआ जो अपने पिता से भी अधिक शक्तिशाली और सुयोग्य शासक था। समुद्रगुप्त वीणा वादक भी था ।
आज मैं चंद्रगुप्त द्वितीय जिसने विक्रमादित्य की उपाधि धारण की थी उसे और स्कंद गुप्त को पढ़ूंगा।
