Introduction to the Display Tool
One of the pearga tools that can be used in this material is "TANGRAM". Tangram is the oldest game known in mathematics, the game was first developed in china and is often called a puzzle. Literally, this tangram means "seven skills boards" consisting of:
• 2 right-angled triangles (large)
• 2 right-angled triangles (small)
• 1 right-angled triangle of legs (medium size)
• 1 square (small size)
• 1 parallelogram
The Benefits of the Display Tool
Tangram has various benefits to children, among these benefits are:
• Be able to distinguish between different forms
• Develop the ability to manipulate shapes (flipping, twisting and shifting)
• Learn what is congruent (similar and similar)
Besides can be used for smiliar congruence lesson, tangram media can also be used for other lesson, such as:
• Develop a sense of love for geometry
• Develop spatial rotation capabilities
• Develop an intuitive ability to geometric forms and relationships

The tool or material used in making tangram this is:
•Paint
• Cartoon paper
• Cardboard
•Scissor
• Rulers
•Pencil
• Markers, and
• Glue.
How to Create Display Tools.
1- Carton paper cut in size 24 cm x 24 cm
2- Draw a square pattern measuring 6 cm x 6 cm, so that the same 16 square patterns are available.
3- Then draw the Tangram pattern to be cut
4- Next cut wake that has been drawn and painted using different color.
How to use
Examples of how its users are teachers can introduce the forms of building a flat to the students, such as:
- Teacher asks student to make square from piece 1 and 2
- Teacher asks student to make model of rhombus of pieces 3, 5, and 7
- Students are required to determine the buildings that are congruent and smiliar.
