The price of steem dollars

hi guys I am kindda new here I have some newbbie questions

I read that the price of steem dollars today is about 10$ and price of STEEM is about 2$ and i think I can change 1 STEEM into SBD so what is the diffrence between them?

And if I power down my STEEM POWER does it change into STEEM?

and do you recommend that I change my sbds to btc now or should I wait ?
