Chicharrones and Pork Lard. Recipe
Ingredients:
- Bacon
- Salt
preparation:
We season the bacon with the salt and place it in a saltern with water and let it cook over medium heat. When the water evaporates, begin to release the butter and begin to fry the bacon.
We let it be fried to our liking (there is one that lets them dry until they are yellow and crusty and others that they like less cooked, as in my case).
And ready, once it is to our liking, we proceed to throw the chicharron on a plate and butter it to a container or container.
