Method :

Soak soya chunks and rice 30 minutes separately in separate water. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes. Crush whole masala. Crush all the spices. Put ghee in the cooker and let it warm, when the ghee becomes hot, then add the spiced masala and cumin seeds in it. When cumin seeds are light brown, add green chillies, grated ginger, and stir well with spoons, and cook for 2 minutes.

Put rice and soya chinks, salt and lemon juice in the cooker and keep the amount of water equal to rice, then stop the cooker lid. After pressing 1 whistle, as soon as the pressure comes from the cooker, stop the gas. Open the cooker after 5-6 minutes. Soya chinks is ready to make casserole. Pour green coriander with pickle or chutney.
