First, put fenugreek powder in milk and keep it in milk.

After that, add cashews, pistachios, almonds and roast them for 5-6 minutes in a pan over medium flame.
Then fry the melons of the melon for 4-5 minutes and fry it.

Now add flour and gram flour to the pan. Add two tablespoons of ghee from top and fry until the dough is golden and turn off. (Remember, do not add more ghee while roasting the dough. It will take time to prepare the Pak.)
After turning off the flame keep stirring the mixture so that it does not burn in the pot.
Then add all dried fruits, melon seeds, sauce, turmeric in the flour and mix them well.

Now heat two tablespoons of ghee in the same pan, heat on medium flame.
When ghee melts, add fenugreek paste to it and fry it constantly. (Fry while running till the smell.)Mix fenugreek paste in a cold flour and mix it.

After this, put sugar and half cup water in a separate vessel, place it on medium flame and make a wire syrup.When sugar syrup is formed, add flour and fenugreek paste to it. Let it run so that the mixture does not burn in the bottom of the vessel.
Ghee in a deep fried plate.
Then put the hot mixture in it and set it with a bit of curry.
