For carrot pickle Gajar Ka Achar Ki Recipe, first wash the carrot and wash it well. After this, make thin and long slices of carrots. Spread the chopped carrots on cotton cloth for 1/2 hours, so that their water becomes dry.

Put the oil in a pan until it is drying the carrot and heat it. When the oil is hot, turn off the gas and let it cool down. Now put the mustard in the mixer and grind it. Remove the grounded rye in a bowl. Now add mustard, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice in the mustard and make paste.

Take a clean and dry jar of glass, in which cut carrots can come. Pour carrot pieces, rye masala and oil in jar and mix well.

Close the jar and keep it in the sun for 4-5 days. Keep the jar in the shade after sunlight. Mix the mixture of pickle thoroughly every morning with a dried spoon.

Now your carrot pickle method is complete. Now your delicious carrot pickle is ready. Store it in the fridge and store it for 3-4 months. Keep it in the sun in the sun for a while. This will increase pickle life and test both.
