Repollo con crema.
Ingredientes:
1 repollo mediano Aceite
1 taza de crema de leche pura Sal a tu gusto.
Preparación:
El repollo se separa hoja por hoja, cortandoles los tallos y las hojas se pican finamente. en una olla se pone un poco de aceite, se agrega el repollo y se lleva a fuego muy lento con la olla bien tapada para que cocine a vapor. Cuando ya está un poco tierno se agrega sal y cuando esta listo se agrega la crema y se retira enseguida del fuego. Se licua y listo. nuestra rica crema de repollo.
