Wellcome to my blog today I am here tell about bitter gourd pickle recipe and how make bitter gourd pickle.
pickles are using with meal increase its taste and digestiability.Bitter gourd pickle having a outstanding and amazing taste.
Lets go,
Ingredients and Recipe.
- Bitter gourd 500gm
- Mustard oil 100gm
- Mustard seed 4tsp
- Carom seed 1tsp
- Salt 3tsp
- Black salt 1tsp
- Heeng powder 1/4tsp
- Turmeric powder 1tsp
- Vinegar 1/4cup
PROCEDURE
Step no.1
First step we need to cut bitter gourd in small pieces.These pieces are washed and dried.Pieces size don't exceed 1/2cm.After pieces we are adding one teaspoon of salt and mix thoroughly give stay time 30 minute because completely removed bitterness of bitter gourd.After stay time washing and deried.
Step no.2
Than we will roasted the whole spices and show light brown colour and Ground with grinder.
Step no.3
Pour oil in pan to heat and add in Bitter gourd pieces and all spices according to recipe and fried at 3 to 4 minutes because bitter gourd is slightly soft.
Step no.4
Allow pickle cool then we add vinegar and mix thoroughly.
Notes.
During making great care for moisture because moiture is major source of contamination and spoilage of pickles.
Stored containers are assure to dry.
