It would have been nicer if your post is more detail of yourself. I wouldn't have my first post begging for followers.
Just keep engaging with good writers out there while keep writing without too stressed out with the statistics of earnings and followers; because with good ties of network you will eventually have a strong connection and a solid followers instead of an army of beggars waiting for you to upvote them.
Do remember that since your SP is hardly any power to make a mark in your upvote, engaging with new writers and making friends is your best bet.
