I hope it's not looking bad, right?
Describe A Cricket 🦗
Crickets are insects with long antennae. Antennae is that long, pointed, flexible and horn-like stuff found on the head of the cricket.
Crickets ears are located on their legs, their front legs precisely.
Crickets loves sleeping during the day, while at night they can be seen either looking for something to eat or singing. Yeah they are noise makers. The male cricket usually make this chirping sound just to attract a female cricket so that they can get married and have their own family.
What can we learn from the life style of a cricket?
Crickets loves to hides in cold and dark environment especially during the day.
Like the cricket, we need to make out some private moment for our alone time. So that we can use this quiet time to learn, think, re-strategize and take some well meaning decisions in life.
Have you seen one before? If yes, where?
Yes, they are almost every corner around my vicinity, and their chirping sound can be heard at night, some especially during this rainy season.
If they are dangerous to man tell us their bad effect.
Crickets are not really dangerous to man, they don't bite as a matter of fact they are harmless insects that poses no threat to human health and survival.
The chirping sound from these wonderful creature within your environment is capable of giving one sleepless nights. And at times this sounds can be a bit scary especially is you are on a lonely road at night.
Crickets can feed on woods and clothes, thus they can damage our clothes and chairs, if they find their way inside our home.
Are they important to man, what significant role do they play in humans life?
Cricket is an edible insects that is highly nutritious. They are very rich in protein and other essential vitamins.
