Introduction
Hello and welcome to another interesting engagement contest by Healthy Steem tagged "The Four Main Factors of Health" an entry for the Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W5. Health is wealth and maintaining good health helps every individual stay fit. Below is my entry.

What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?
To stay healthy, I love to eat food that is well prepared and also maintain good hygiene while cooking. I love eating fruit and balancing all the classes of food in every meal I consume.

One thing I do to improve my diet is always Garnishing my food to contain some essential classes of food absent in every meal I prepare. If I cook rice I garnish it with egg, vegetables, carrots green beans The food can be nutritious and rich for the body.

What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?

I always go to sleep after every stressful day out. I don't sleep much because I don't allow myself to be too stressed out. No matter how my schedule may be, I always make sure I sleep on or before 10:00 PM and wake up by 6:00 AM, 8 hours is enough for me.

Sometimes I do exceed to sleep before 10:00 Pm which affects my sleeping schedule I always try as much as I can to finish my activities before that time, the body needs rest.

What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

Every morning, I observe some little workout exercises to keep me fit and refreshed before I take my bath and go to work. I also reserve time at least once a week to go and meet team members to play football or volleyball, because that is my favorite Sport.

I will need to improve my training and exercise schedule because my activities consume most of my time therefore I have less time to do exercises, and that is making me weak and perform low at training sometimes.

What do you do for mental fitness?

I don't get involved in things that will depress me, i do meditation very alot and rest to maintain my mental fitness. If activities are too much, I divide to other people to assist me, I just monitor and supervise and in the end, the common goal will be attained.

To also improve my mental fitness, I take fruits, and date palms, and am also involved in social activities that will improve my mental state of being.

The major effect of mental fitness is overthinking or getting involved in so many unnecessary things that will emotionally depress you or get you wandering all day.

Conclusion.
Good health starts with maintaining a good diet, some things we eat may have an effect in the future, that is why when some people get old, they become diabetic and develop all kinds of illnesses. EAT HEALTHY AND LIVE HEALTHY. Thank you for your time and I wish to invite @
