HELLO & GREETINGS TO ALL MY STEEMIANS FAMILY, ITS 3RD DECEMBER And Today is my birthday.

I just crossed 25 and reached 26 now.

THE BIG 2-6. What caused this to happen? Is this to say that I'm now an adult? "Wait, 26 isn't that old." Why did I believe that reaching a specific age meant certain things had to happen?

Age is only a number, and I believe society instils in us the notion that we must have something by a certain age or that we must be something by a certain age, which I believe is neither fair nor truthful.

It's not fair to put pressure on ourselves to feel like this or that should be occurring in our lives by this age, because I believe that what is meant to be will be, and that there is no time limit on the things we want to do.

I would say that I am precisely where I want to be in my life, both emotionally and professionally, and that I have even exceeded my aspirations for what I wanted to accomplish by this age. I established a personal goal for myself shortly after graduating from college, and I reached it this year, which was a significant achievement for me.

I'm so eager to share the next chapter of my life with you as I approach 26. Meanwhile I am celebrating my birthday.

I would like to give 10 golden advices to my beautiful Steemian's!

• Never stop dreaming!

• Don’t wait for anyone to fulfil your wishes! Go get it …. Just do it

• Be your own best friend. Go for the walk alone, visit the beautiful neighbourhood cafe by yourself. Spending time with yourself is the key.

• Stop people pleasing because its never gonna make you or them happy.

• Live in the moment. Enjoy as much as you can.

• Struggles and sadness are the part and parcel of life. Embrace them.

• Never and I repeat never compare your life with that cousin of you, that glamorous blogger or your best friend. Doing this will never work and brings a lot of disappointment.

• Always be grateful for the life you are living, the people who support you, the things that you own and the fact that you are alive!

• Never take anyone or anything for granted.

• Expect as less as possible even from your family.

And live happily ever after 🙂
