You might have moved on… but I am not able to move forward with my life as easily as you. You might have forgotten me and my love for you, but I can’t forget about you… your memories still captivate me … your voice still echoes in my mind and your touch still lingers in my soul. I still remember the nights when you would fall asleep holding me close. Those memories keep me awake at night as I can’t close my eyes and block them out… I can feel your breath on my neck and it makes me sweat even on cold winter nights… You give me sleepless and lonely nights… You may be done with me but I can’t let go… you are so deeply embedded in me that I can’t take you out… Your fragrance is mixed in the air that I breathe… every breath I take, I breathe you… Our souls are so intricately woven together that nothing can separate you from me.
