keep the range 3 no problem, maybe rework the ability to:
- effect last 5 turns
- dispellable by Alchemist
- max unit limited to 2, 3, 4, 5 respectively for 0, +, ++, +++

we don't need Alchemist to literally be a counter to all the good armies
that will result in an unhealthy meta, consisting of only a top tier army and a counter to said army
