This is the first step you do in the morning,when you wake up just 1)Inhale &Exhale-when you doing this inhale and exhale this is the best exercise in our heart and our liver- for free.!God given the air we breathe is unlimited absolutely free.

  1. sunlight..
    We already heard or knows about the benefits of the sunlight in our body,its just like a newborn baby,
    but not only for the baby but its all of us,there are vitamins comes from the sunlight. Even the foods cannot give this kind of vitamins ,why because the food and the vegetables is full of preservatives and additives.IMG_20180110_191805.jpg
  2. Sweating..exercises 5minutes aday.sweating is a kind of detoxification,when we sweat the body is releasing the bad chemicals in our body.
    If we follow this 3 basic discipline our body will be energize,and when our body is energize then your are healthy
