Grinding to make paste
1/4 cup garlic buds, peeled
1 T-Spoon Zero
2 chopped green chillies
1 table-spoon lemon juice
1 t-spoon sugar
Other content-
1 cup flour
1/2 t-spoon fresh yeast, scrawn
1/2 cup sugar
1 table spoon oil
1/2 t-spoon salt
Oil, to squeeze
Butter, to squeeze while serving
Method -
Dilute yeast and sugars in 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water, keep them aside for 10 minutes or till yeast blooms.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with grated paste, using so much water, soak soft dough (approximately 5 to 8 minutes).
Cover the dough with wet cotton cloth and keep the dough twice as fast as possible (about 15 to 20 minutes).
Press the dough to lighten the air.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part in a round shape of 100 mm (4 in) diameter.
Sprinkle light oil on the pressure cooker, put the cooker on the reverse flame with a lid.
Put a leaf on each part of each naan and stick the naan on the side of the cooker from the side of the water.
Keep the pressure cooker inverted on a direct flame and cook until both are golden. You can place 3 to 4 nuns in the inside of the cooker.
Remove the butter and put butter on them.
Serve warmly.
