Hudson River
Here's a couple of shots of the Hudson River in upstate NY. Normally this time of year the ice has melted, but we had a pretty cold winter this past year and we still have these glacier looking pieces of ice all along the river bank.
This looked like a giant ice cave, but I don't think anything lives in there. You can actually see how high the ice came up when you look across the river at that rock. It went across the whole river that high up and they actually had to shut the road down on the other side of the river from January till about mid March because it came up over the road.
These were shot the other day when it was actually nice outside. The cold rain sucks but there is something I like about a mountain half covered in fog, its mysteriousness Is alluring.
Thanks for reading my post.
This is an incredible shot. I love it.
Thank you, much appreciated.
