Kalau di kampung ku orang memakan ubi rebus dengan kelapa yang sudah di beri gula, atau di tumbuk sampai halus dan di beri pisang juga kelapa lalu di buat bulatan dan di goreng itu juga sangat enak sekali.

One of my best healthy dishes here in Nigeria. It's easy and affordable to prepare. It's even tastier with the pumpkin leaves you use.
I know others prefer scent leaves. Still...none can beat nkong ubong.
