In my post today I will be preparing concoction rice, so I will be showing you the step by step method I used in preparing the rice from beginning to the end.
I will start by listing down the ingredients I used in preparing the concoction rice.

Rice
Fresh tomato
Vegetable oil
Seasoning cube
Onions
Pepper
Curry
Salt for taste
Bonga fish
Crayfish
Preparation proper
I put the raw rice into the pot, added water and placed it on fire to boil for about 10-15minutes, then after, I removed it from the fire and washed it using the filter.
While the rice was on fire, I prepare all my ingredients and kept so that it will ease me on the cooking process. In this case I had parboiled my rice and also pounded the crayfish and fresh pepper and set aside, I also sliced the onions and fresh tomatoes and set aside, then I debone the bonga fish.
I used a frying method in preparing the rice, so I place my empty pot on fire then added vegetable oil, allowed it to get heated for like 2 to 3minutes.

When the oil has heated well, I then put the sliced onions that I kept aside, I allowed it to fry for 1 minutes.

After frying the onions for 1 minutes, then I added the fresh tomatoes that I sliced into the pot and stir it very well till it fried well.

After frying the tomatoes well, I now added my other ingredients into the pot, like salt, pepper, Maggi, spices and allowed it to steam for few minutes.
After putting all the necessary ingredients, I also added water to the quantity I wanted then I allowed it to boiled for 1 minutes then I added the parboiled rice into the pot and stir it very well so that all the ingredients will mixed well.

After putting the rice on fire I added more water to it, then I covered the pot and allowed it to cook for about 30 minutes.

After 30minutes, I checked the rice on fire, the water has dried off and the food was done and ready. I put the pot down from the gas cooker, dished out what I will eat then preserved the remaining in the refrigerator against another day.

Conclusion
Concoction rice happens to be the very easy food to cook and enjoy with your family, you can use either red oil or vegetable oil to prepare it, what is needed mostly in the rice is crayfish, the crayfish is what put taste in the rice and make it so sweet and delicious.
