Chili on the Big Green Egg made by Missmau👩🏼‍🍳

Today it is Chill time, uuuhhhmmm Chili time because:

1. @s3rg3 BIRTHDAY 🎉
2. All day Sun 🌞
3. Weekend
4. F1 race 🏎 with friends

So I am preparing Chili on the Big Green Egg
I just started this morning after @s3rg3 fire up the Big Green Egg for me

You need:

• 2 kg of chopped onions
• Chopped garlic
• olive oil
• 4 spoons of ground chili 🌶
• 1 fresh red Spanish pepper
• 2 spoons of ground cumin
• 1800 gram row ground beef 🐮
• 200 gram of sun-dried tomatoes in oil 🍅
• 4 canned of chopped tomatoes 🥫🍅
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 3 canned kidney beans
• Peper en sea salt

And my SECRET ingredient: chili sauce
