A Healthy Lunch
That's what I try to give to my daughter every day in her lunch bag to school
My daughter is not such a good eater
Certainly not at school when her friends are in the neighborhood
Chatting with friends 🧒🏼👦🏽is more important to her than eating a 🥪sandwich

I've tried everything from hip and beautiful lunch boxes and cups
Large and small boxes
Cups and bottles
Nice and sweet notes📝 in the lunchbox
Translation: I love you to the moon and back! Carrots are healthy for your eyes and skin!
Sandwich
Every morning I prepare in consultation with her one or more 🥪sandwiches
Sandwiches with 🍓strawberry jam, ham, 🍗chicken, Nutella etc.
Lunch Bag
But every evening I find an emptying her lunch bag, I find freshly eaten sandwiches, pieces of fruit, unopened bottles or 🥤drinks
The only thing that is always finished is 🍪the sweet snack 🍪
I only find empty packaging of the sweets in the lunch bag 😱
Does anyone have any tips or inspiration so that every day I find an empty lunch bag and she has eaten her healthy and varied lunch?
I've already tried not to put 🍪 a sweet snack in the lunch bag anymore, but then she gets a sweet snack from a friend 😱
Every day a child 👦🏽👧🏼must have to get the right nutrients, this is very important!

You tried everything possible according to me. I think/hope that it is a phase and that she will eat her bread again in a short while. You can try to arrange something with her, but I suspect you have already tried that.
I give them a smoothie When they get home.... quick and easy to much hassle to get them to eat everything at school. I hope it Will change When they grow up .... not to fast please

In the school my boys go to they are not allowed to have anything sweet in their lunchbox, they are called a MOS-school. Meaning: milieuzorg op school - wich is freely translated as a school that cares for the environment in the big sense of the word...
They are not allowed sweets in their lunchbox, they have an obligation for 1 snack to be vegetables or fruits and on wednesday they can not bring anything sweet.
They are also not allowed to bring lunch in alluminium foil or cookies or drinks in disposible packaging.
I really like the initiative and idea!
Good luck though with the efforts for a more healthy lunchbox.
Maybe try adding some more healthy cereal cookies she may not like too much but maybe she will after a while...
