For those who often have problems with breathing systems, it is strongly recommended that you start skating. Cold air works well on the bronchi and lungs, it is impossible to get sick at the same time, because the body itself is constantly in active movement and has an elevated body temperature. Regular visits to the rink markedly increase the endurance of the heart. Scientists have calculated: only 20-30 minutes on ice daily enough to significantly reduce the risk of a heart attack in the future. Therefore, I try to skate as often as possible.
