Caracas is a city that includes 22 parishes, most of them are popular sectors and this is one of them, this colorful Caracas neighborhood brings with it one of the deepest levels of violence in the entire city, hosting hundreds of mafias called pranatos who use violence as a means of repression against the State and its inhabitants.
The National Government has implemented hundreds of security plans that have failed, making the use of public space by the inhabitants of this community in the background in the face of high levels of violence and corruption that are experienced every day. unfortunate situation especially for the young people and children who grow up in these stale spaces.
