Freedom

Yesterday I saw these beautiful creatures walking around construction site, but on the other side of fence. I'm not sure if they have their owner or not but it seemed happy and free.

I wanted to get even closer to them but I was afraid of not getting hit by them, that would be funny story to tell by the way. Next time I will bring my camera with me and try to create much better photos of them, but for now I'm stuck with my phone camera. :D

Horses really are large and impressive creatures when you get up close and personal with them. Just FYI that is a katydid (maybe called a bush cricket in Europe), not a grasshopper. Grasshoppers always have short antennae, katydids have long antennae. The body and leg shape is a little different as well, katydid wings stick out long past the body which is not the case with grasshoppers and katydid legs tend to sprawl out more while grasshoppers keep the back legs tucked in when not using them to explode into a leap.

That is a good explaination, when I translate to my language I get American green grasshopper. That was my simple name for it because I can't name it different. Thank you for information. :)
