Floods in Thailand leave 23 dead and $300 million in losses..

Due to heavy rains, ten provinces have been flooded, affecting more than 700,000 people.
Floods in Thailand’s northern and eastern regions have killed at least 23 people and left two missing with damage estimated at around $300 million.

Flooding continues to make life miserable for people in parts of 10 provinces, mostly in the Northeast, the disaster prevention and mitigation chief said on Wednesday.
