Amazon Unboxing.
Because I'm sure all of you care about what I got from Amazon today... 😝 I figured I'd show you where 💲150 went from my bank account instead of on here.
Let's get into it:
This one is for beauty purposes. I've read that sleeping on silk pillowcases will not only help your skin, because it's breathable, but it will also aid in your hair not fraying as much. So I'm going to put it to the test, that's why I bought these Alaskan bear 💯% silk pillow cases for about $20 each.
This barbell pad is to help save my little hip bones while I'm doing hip thrusts at the gym. I got my own because half the time I'm always looking for one, or I have to share with someone else. Now I don't have to wait or wonder what kind of nasty residue is on the ones at the gym because I have my own! This was about $20. Super excited!
All right now some resistance bands! I follow Fitness YouTubers and Whitney Simmons recommended this brand and I figured since I'm going to Hawaii for about a week in August, I might as well use these to keep up on my training while I'm there. I'm excited to use these because it comes with a door stopper, ankle straps, handlebars, and a pouch for them all to fit in! These were about under $25.
Now I can fit all these goodies in one gym bag! I picked this one because it had multiple pouches, a place for my shoes, and I dig the pattern! It seems pretty spacious and it was only under $27! It got pretty good reviews and I'm excited to go to the gym in style. 😎🙈
And finally the miscellaneous. I drive a 98' Toyota and I don't have the luxury of having a CD player or aux built-ins like probably the most of you do. So I have to suffer with this cassette to aux mechanism. 🙄😅 hey! It still works for my jammies. Also, I got this herbal supplement ashwagandha to help manage my stress hormones to help me mellow out so my cortisol is not all over the place. The supplement is not for cortisol directly, it is to help enhance my mental and physical vitality which in response helps balance my cortisol and thyroid hormones. Heard great reviews, so i'm going to give it a shot. Ian McCarthy, fitness/life guru, recommended this brand and certain dosages for people regarding this supplement. Go check him out on his YouTube if you're interested. Aux: under $8. Ashwagandha: $10 each.

Not pictured: a car charger that did not make it in the mail yet, and to flex workout leggings for the gym.

The resistance bands for your trip to Hawaii look like a great solution for you!
It sure will be!! I'll have to post my workouts on the beach on here to show I get good use out of em! 😉
Sweet! I didn't know you could still get those Aux cassette things anymore. I can remember using an 8-track to cassette cheater years ago in a car i had.

I don't mean to brag, but it was pretty boss.
No point in buying a new stereo for your car if this AUX cassette works for you! Have a wonderful day.
Hahahha. I was born in the day and age of CD players and boom boxes. But thank you for putting a smile on my face.
Enjoy your stuff!! FYI loved those AUX casssette. It refreshed some of my lovely memories. :)
You are welcome, sir. 😄 i am still living the dream, though. Hahha
Soooo good. Your amazon shopping bag looks spookily like mine! My barbell pad is pink thought 😂😂
Hahhaa. Amazon is so addicting. I don't know why i went so long wihtout purchasing my own barbell pad. So glad I did though. The 90 flex leggings I bought, I am told, are dupes for some lulu's. The color range is amazing too. 20 dollars is better than 100. Doesn't hurt my wallet or heart as much. 😝 maybe I'll post some pictures of those and review em.
Oh yes please do. Would be interesting to see what u think.
