3/4 cup fresh curd
1 tbsp mixed with flour
1 cup paneer pieces
1 t-spoon brown
1/2 t-spoon cumin
1/2 t-spoon asafoetida
1 t-spoon fennel
1/4 t-mustard mustard
5 to 6 fenugreek seeds
1 table spoon oil
1/2 cup thin sliced onion
1/2 t-spoon turmeric powder
1/2 t-spoon red chilli powder
Black Salt
salt to taste
to decorate
1 tablespoon finely chopped green coriander
Method -
Put fennel, mustard, fenugreek seeds, kalouni, cumin and asafoetida in a small bowl and put aside.
Heat oil in a wide non-stick pan and add a mixture of seeds.
When the seeds start crackling, add onion and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add paneer, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black salt and mix them with light hands and cook for 1 minute while stirring in between medium on medium flame.
Mix yogurt and mix well and mix well and cook on medium flame continuously for 1 minute.
