Basmati rice- 1 cup
Cashew-20

Cardamom - 2
Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons
Onion - 1
Green Chilli-2
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Cornflour- 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala - 1 Tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - as required
Salt-flavored
Method
Soak the rice in water for half an hour. Cut the onions and chillies in length. Grate the cheese and mix it with salt, garam masala and corn flour in a bowl. Make small balls and fry until golden. Also fry cashew nuts Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, onion and green chilli in hot oil, fry it. Mix ginger-garlic paste and turmeric. Pour the rice in the pan and mix well. Add salt, water, half cashews and coriander and mix it. Cover the pan and cook rice. Serve garnish with cheese balls and cashews.
