My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2020
I got up at 4 in the morning. It starts at 5:00. Head east for about half a mile, We break south and walk another half mile to the nursing home. On the way, the office met some friends. It runs on the platform. Some cars run on the street. In total, we walked about 1:30 hours. It was lower than yesterday's record.
