So even Mineopoly has a monster collection? Yes, it must be the end of the world. I don't really know why I bought these cards except that @monchhichi23 likes them and my kids like them. In the future I can see a lot of direct purchasing done with SBD and Steem. Just look at what is trending on from Ass Beer.... Steem Pay. This Steem Pay will allow you to piss Steem in various currencies including the Canadian dollar.

These Steem may be worth something in the future and I may regret the 4 SBD I spent today or maybe not. The real wolf probably would rather see me promote my post for that 4 SBD but instead I will share a special picture of @therealwolf. This is one of the most handsome avatars I have ever seen. But you know how it is with avatars... who can tell one from another?

I first heard of the Steem Monster card idea from @aggroed. At first I had no idea what he was talking about and I still have no idea what this monster thing is all about. Some how we can play a game with these cards in the future and somehow these cards may be worth something. Anyway it is surprising in all that Aggroed does everyday that he never ceases to come up with new ideas. Not only a great Steemian but a great world citizen.

Here is a new idea for you. I was wondering if we can bread monster cards kind of like Ether does with the cyrptokitties? In the past @acidyo used to give these kitties out in random events. Those were the days. Now he is mostly live-streaming Diablo. That may be a better game to play. Still I would like to breed some of these cards and see what kind of freaked up creations would come in the offspring.

The zombie card seems to be the ugliest card I've got but look carefully at the zombie's physiological structure. The zombie was once a human and contains artifacts of human existence. Although he is a monster he is quite charming and as long as you are not bitten the zombie remains relatively harmless.

But a Kobold Miner is a troll of sorts or a goblin who spends hours upon hours in a dark cave. His teeth are all messed up and his complexion is an off-pink of sorts. I know there are various kinds of people and various kinds of monsters and I am so glad of this. It is the variety that helps me appreciate life and contribution to community.

There are creators and developers. There are promoters and there are curators and there are just some that I don't get yet..

I try to mind my own business but some profile pictures get stuck in my head easier than others.

This talk of breeding monsters is making me dizzy.

Verse of the day/ Genesis 30:37-43

Jacob, however, took fresh-cut branches from poplar, almond and plane trees and made white stripes on them by peeling the bark and exposing the white inner wood of the branches. Then he placed the peeled branches in all the watering troughs, so that they would be directly in front of the flocks when they came to drink. When the flocks were in heat and came to drink, they mated in front of the branches. And they bore young that were streaked or speckled or spotted. Jacob set apart the young of the flock by themselves, but made the rest face the streaked and dark-colored animals that belonged to Laban. Thus he made separate flocks for himself and did not put them with Laban’s animals. Whenever the stronger females were in heat, Jacob would place the branches in the troughs in front of the animals so they would mate near the branches, but if the animals were weak, he would not place them there. So the weak animals went to Laban and the strong ones to Jacob. In this way the man grew exceedingly prosperous and came to own large flocks, and female and male servants, and camels and donkeys.

There is a writing contest going on with Steem Monsters. But after reading the contest post I lost interest. It is a ton of work and complicated. On the other hand the prize money is 1500 SBD which would be nice to have. If anyone knows about this contest and wants to work together contact me on discord.
