This is the simple way I have come to understand steemit as an active though I was a beginner few days back.To be successful in this community you need to put up post.

Am not talking of just post but putting quality post in order to share creative ideas among fellow steemians in the steel community.

 Your post then get noticed by people not just post but quality post which attracts likes which qre been called up votes and also comment.it also brings about the idea where by post you must made can be view by fellow steemians and also valuable answers are to be ask to you the poster which means the community is all about learning and enlightening others and also answering questions in a polite way. 

(creating firm and strong relationship)

In creating strong relationship you can also make use of steemians chat which has helped improve the relationship between steemians in the community.
I really don't see steemit as just a chat and pay site or link but I do see it as a medium of creating valuable ideas to share among members in the community in order words rendering charitable or voluntary knowledge services.
Also 7days after creating your post you receive your earning or rewards.

(steemit is fun and amazing)

The willingness of some of this ways to help nurture we young steemians or beginners to grow is very recommended.

I dare to say if the streemit community was a reflection to the world out there,the world will be a better and comfortable place to live in.
