The end of the world...when exactly?

I've often been asked about when the end of the world would come as a Philosopher minded person. I had to explain something very important. The average person thinks of the end of the world as all life on earth gone....

Well the reality is the end of the world generally means the end of a time, or paradigm of human enigma into another. WW1 was the end of the world for many, in the way technology, politics, and life was perceived. WW2 ended the traditional perception of war and not without ending millions of lives. This was the end of a world, and the end of the world for many. There's always a sense of end as the world shifts into another gear, and out of another cloud of war.

Yes clearly the end of another world as technology yet again wraps itself around the human enigma pulling it into a new paradigm of consciousness. Science is evolving into the quantum era. War is becoming more faceless, and wealth is becoming more narrowing.

We have a chance to determine what our destiny will be if we actually stopped to think about what it is we really want in practicality.
