Holding In (An Original Poem)

Holding In

I want to leave the
lights on
because it's scary by
myself.

living in my own world,
ignoring every other
person that comes near me

Zoning in on anything
that keeps me away
from them

Because they have made me
angry, broken, shattered
into Pieces.

I dont need to feel
that pain
again.

I dont want to see the
gash that hurts me
again.

But I cant escape
from my bad
past

No one can escape

but how you feel your
future is going to be
like can be

Changed.
