A reindeer is a sublime creature that has captivating characteristics. Its strong skeleton is supported by four legs equipped for wild action, stationary changes and even the instantaneous flight of potential predators.

This quadruped can run since its birth. Surprisingly, an hour and a half after being born, the young scamper at a firm pace; after more hours, they have the strength to travel kilometers without depending on their parents... Very different from many other species, including us, in which the period of independence usually lasts for a relatively long time.

Another quite picturesque point of the legs that play this microhistory is its changing aspect: during the summer, for example, the reindeer adapt soft pads to test the pastures; in winter, such softness disappears and the padded pillows become rigid hooves whose purpose is to provide firmness in the frozen ground. To finish, these nice animals, especially popular during Christmas, are the faithful mascots of Santa Claus, they help him to take off his surrealist sled at full power to deliver gifts to obedient children. The tradition of designating flying reindeer is not mere chance, since these mammals can reach speeds of 80 km/h; likewise, in different documentaries, while running vigorously, it seems that they floated.
