Pasta with Mushrooms

I am a big fan of pasta with various sauces and pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce - my favorite pasta recipe.

I like that pasta can be cooked in a few minutes and immediately enjoy its taste. Pasta is perfectly combined with mushrooms that give pasta a unique taste and wondrous aroma. Some green onions will give the pasta a bright and richer taste.

Ingredients:
Pasta 1 pack
Mushrooms 8-10 pieces
Bow 1 piece
Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil 20 ml
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
Green onions to taste

Instructions:

Boil the pasta in salted water.
Rinse the mushrooms under running water and chop. Then finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the frying pan on the stove and add the onion and garlic. Two minutes later, add the mushrooms, sour cream and lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Then add salt and pepper.
At the end of the pasta mix with mushroom sauce. Put pasta on a plate and sprinkle with green onions.
