Hot Chocolate🍫

For proper preparation of hot chocolate, you should always choose high-quality chocolate with a high content of cocoa.

Cream in chocolate is added in order to make the texture of the drink more cream and tender. As a spice, I added ground cinnamon to the hot chocolate mix.

Ingredients:

450 ml of milk
100 g dark chocolate
75 ml cream
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
marshmallows
cinnamon sticks
a pinch of salt

Instructions:

Heat a portion of the milk in a saucepan and add chocolate pieces. It is necessary to completely dissolve chocolate in milk.

Then add the second part of the milk, cream, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

Hot chocolate is heated on the stove and poured into glasses. Hot chocolate to decorate with marshmallows, cinnamon sticks and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
