Meadow of dry Plants

I walked through a desert area where there was snow. Near the forest, I noticed a small clearing of dry plants. I was attracted by these thin stems with fluffy tips.

In the process of observing, I got some interesting photos. I then moved further, then again approached in order to photograph the tips of dry plants as best as possible.
