Cream soup of lentils.

Hello everyone, today I want to show you a recipe for a cream soup of lentils.

It is very tasty and nutritious dish. Cream soup of lentils sure to please all tastes and perfectly warm in cold weather.

                    

Cream of lentils - a very satisfying dish. Serve it can be the first dish to a holiday or as a main dish for lunch or dinner. Prepare the cream of lentil soup is not difficult. The recipe can be seen below.

Preparation time: 1 hour.

Servings: 4 pcs.

Ingredients 

- Lentils 200 g

- Water 1 liter

- Onion 1 pc

- Carrot 1 pc

- Butter 100g

- Season to taste

- Lemon juice 4 tbsp

- Salt to taste

Preparation

1. Onions and carrots cleaned and chopped.

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter.

3. Add the onion and carrot in butter and fry for about 5 minutes until soft.

4. Lentils thoroughly rinsed several times under running water.

5. Add the lentils to the onions and carrots.

6. Pour the lentils 1 liter of cold water.

7. Cook the soup for 40 minutes after boiling water on low heat with the lid closed. 

8. When the lentils become soft, add salt to taste and seasoning. Mix everything and cook for 1 minute.

9. Now grind the soup in a blender.

Pour the soup into bowls, add a few drops of lemon juice in each bowl. Serve soup with croutons. Delicious lentil cream soup is ready!

                    

Cream lentil soup is very popular in many countries around the world. As is well known in all the countries it is prepared in different ways - in Turkey, add a lot of spices, Mexico - put chili pepper in Russia prefer to prepare this soup with meat.
