Cereal Bread
Today, the thought occurred to me that I had not baked bread in my oven for a long time.
I love cereal bread made from durum wheat cereals. This is a useful and at the same time delicious bread that can be prepared at home.
In the supermarket, I noticed the right mixture for preparing bread, and when I came home I began to cooking bread.
To prepare the bread it was only to add yeast and some water. After about an hour I had such a wonderful and very tasty bread, which can be combined with favorite jam and butter.
Ingredients:
1 pack of bread mixture
1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil
a pinch of salt
8 g yeast
280 ml of warm water
Directions:
Mix the bread mixture with yeast. Add olive oil, a pinch of salt and warm water. Knead the dough.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and place in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Then give the dough a round shape and put it on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
Bake bread at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
This was very good. It had a little sweetness from the cereal and it was dense and filling. It is so good in the toaster. I'll definitely make it again
