Oatmeal Cookies
I decided to make healthy and tasty oatmeal cookies. I love oatmeal and I like to use oatmeal in my recipes.
These cookies are made quickly and you need a few ingredients to create a delicious cookie dough.
I often make cookies for my family. Oatmeal cookies especially like my daughter. Also, my daughter loves to eat oatmeal cookies with milk and she usually eats a few pieces at once :).
You will need only a few efforts to prepare oatmeal cookies. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Butter 120g
Sugar 1/2 cup
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 1 cup
Oatmeal 1/2 cup
Directions:
Mix soft butter with sugar. Gradually add eggs. To mix everything. Then add the oatmeal mixed with flour and mix everything again.
Put the dough in the fridge for one hour. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut a cookie using a round shape. Put cookies on a greased baking dish. Bake cookies at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
